Arugula Basil Walnut Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts
  • 6-10 Garlic Cloves, chopped (approximately 2-3 Tablespoons)
  • 3 Cups Basil leaves
  • 2 Cups Arugula
  • 1 1/2 Cups Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together using a food processor.
  2. Pulse until achieving desired consistency.
  3. Serve with Vanessa’s Roman Panini.
