- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- 6-10 Garlic Cloves, chopped (approximately 2-3 Tablespoons)
- 3 Cups Basil leaves
- 2 Cups Arugula
- 1 1/2 Cups Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- Combine all ingredients together using a food processor.
- Pulse until achieving desired consistency.
- Serve with Vanessa’s Roman Panini.
